Texas Consumer Complaint and Recovery Fund Notice

Form Completion as Affirmative Request for Contact
Rate Hero treats the entry and completion of all required fields in this pre-qualification form, including name, email address, telephone number, subject property address, and loan parameters, as an affirmative request for contact regardless of whether the final “Submit” button is clicked. By entering and completing the required information, you authorize Rate Hero to receive, retain, and use the information you have provided, and to contact you by phone, SMS, and email using the contact information you have entered, for the purpose of responding to your pre-qualification inquiry and presenting matched loan programs.
Information collected from a completed form that is not formally submitted may be transmitted to Rate Hero when you close the browser tab, navigate away from the page, or your session ends, in order to allow a loan officer to follow up with you. The consent, revocation, message-rate, and opt-out provisions described under Email, Phone & SMS Consent Notice above apply to any contact initiated under this provision. You may revoke this authorization and request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@goratehero.com or calling (818) 208-6801.
